Does the press secretary need a cognitive test?

I'm a psychiatrist. I haven't worked with elderly patients in quite a few years now, so I'm no "Gero-doc," but if I had to hazard a wild guess, I'd say Biden is suffering from Parkinson's Disease or maybe one of the "Parkinson's Plus" neurodegenerative syndromes. His shuffling gait, mask-like face and moments of "freezing" --along with the mental gaffes--seem to point in that direction. But the strongest proof, for me, that something is seriously wrong with him is the fact that he refuses to do any neuro-cognitive testing. All he'd have to do to definitively put the rumours to rest (and greatly improve his chances of winning the election) is to have an objective doctor examine him and and announce to the world that he does not have dementia. So why wouldn't he?

If he’s as intact as his handlers say he is, there is zero to be lost by doing a brief cognitive exam with him.

I'd like to see the MRI of Biden's hippocampus to see if it resembles last month's Swiss cheese that's in the crisper in the WH refrigerator. This guy hasn't had a fully functioning, neurogenically intact hippocampus since he emerged from his basement after the 2020 election. Produce any hippocampal index neurons much, Joe? (Rhetorical question--spoiler alert: the answer is "When pigs fly, guy.")

As to the article, I wish there was a "Gets loud, yells, and appears angered" dementia sign. He'd ace that.

Love it when Trump says "They had to shoot him in the ass to get him through that teleprompter reading."

Great article.

It’s unlikely we’ll ever find out if Joe was juiced up but l suspect he was given either Provigil, Adderal, or steroids or some kind of cocktail.

Diagnosing someone with dementia based on the television is certainly not ideal but I think it’s fair to say that there’s something going on with him.

Another aspect of a diagnosis is change over time. And that’s what we’re largely being deprived of by the White House and keeping him away from a competent, independent journalist.

It proves that the actor wearing an unconvincing mask of usurper, Johammad Talibiden’s loathsome physiognomy might not have severe dementia.

The illegitimate, criminal regime is all lies upon falsehoods upon deceptions upon treachery - heaped upon the beleaguered American People for the past 3+ years.

These deranged psychopaths really do think we’re stupid.
